Qu’est-ce que être Noir ? Qu’est-ce qu’être autre ? Que signifie faire partie d’une minorité qu’on oppresse et d’être prêt à remettre en cause ces structures d’oppression, pour en sortir ?
À travers un théâtre qui joue avec les confusions des rôles et laisse la place à ceux.celles qui sont trop peu entendu.e.s , nous voulons instaurer le dialogue là où des siècles d’histoire se sont chargées d’établir divisions et haine.
Un théâtre de l’opprimé, qui vise à déconstruire les hiérarchies sociales et scéniques et ouvrir les espaces aux personnes brimées.
À travers cette forme théâtrale qui à la fois déconstruit et construit un lieu de mise en lumière, pour interroger l’ensemble des dominations: Capitaliste, Patriarcale, Sociétale, Raciale (au sens Sociologique du terme) .
Ici il ne s’agit pas de jouer un rôle professionnellement attribu.é, mais de partir du vécu pour entrer Politiquement en dialogue.
Pourquoi ma couleur me place-t’elle du côté des méprisés ?
Pourquoi contre le Capitalisme, Paternalisme, Racisme nous nous reconnaissons, et décidons d’entr.er dans le dialogue des opprimé . e.s ?
En participant, tu choisis d’être confront é.e, à des violences qui nous dépassent tous.tes très souvent, et tu accept e.s d’entendre certaines souffrances, incompréhensions, divisions, joies, puissances, sublimations.
Mais Attention, il s’agit de garder en tête que c’est une Scène, et que personne,ne possède la vérité absolue. Il ne s’agit pas non plus d’un tribunal des bonnes conduites ou une occasion de pugilat. Si tu n’es pas près à entendre certaines choses, alors abstiens-toi.
Nous ferons en sorte que l’espace crée soit un espace d’expérience sécurisé pour tous le monde, car bien évidemment, toutes les discriminations sont exclues.
(parler de discriminations et les pratiquer en toute conscience sont deux choses différentes.)
Workshop ouvert à tous.tes (multilingue, limité à 10 pers.) : certaines critères seront demander, car nous visons une composition de 50% BI 50%Pocs/blancs. Donc dans ton mail précise de quel coter les structures Paternaliste-Capitaliste te situent (genre, sexe, race). Et comme il s’agit de déconstruire, on essayera après ça de sortir de ces normes .

Was bedeutet es Schwarz zu sein? Was bedeutet es, anders zu sein? Was bedeutet es zu einer unterdrückten Minderheit zu gehören. Was bedeutet es bereit zu sein, die Strukturen der Unterdrückung in Frage zu stellen, um daraus auszubrechen ?
Durch ein Theater, das mit den Verwirrungen der Rollen spielt und Raum für diejenigen schafft, die zu wenig gehört werden, wollen wir einen Dialog einleiten, da wo jahrhundertelange Geschichte Spaltungen aufgebaut hat und Hass propagierte.
Wir wollen ein Theater der Unterdrückten schaffen, das auf eine Dekonstruktion gesellschaftlicher und szenischer Hierarchien abzielt, für eine Öffnung der Räume für die,
die strukturell benachteiligt sind.
Durch diese theatrale Form wollen wir die Gesamtheit der kapitalistischen, patriarchalischen, gesellschaftlichen und rassischen (im soziologischen Sinne des Begriffs) Macht- und Herrschaftsverhältnisse dekonstruieren und in Frage stellen.
Hier, geht es nicht darum, eine zugewiesene Rolle zu spielen, sondern aus der Erfahrung heraus in einen politischen Dialog zu treten.
Warum bringt mich meine Hautfarbe auf die Seite der Verschmähten?
Warum die herrschende Ordnung in Frage stellen oder dort stehen bleiben?
Mit deiner Teilnahme entscheidest du dich dafür, mit einer Gewalt konfrontiert zu werden, die uns alle sehr oft überwältigt und du nimmst in Kauf, du entscheidest dich dafür, bestimmte Leiden, Missstände, Trennungen, Freude, Kräfte, Sublimierung zu hören.
Aber Vorsicht, man muss sich vor Augen halten, dass es sich um eine Inszenierung handelt, und dass niemand die absolute Wahrheit besitzt. Es ist auch kein Gericht für das richtige Benehmen und keine Gelegenheit für Grundsatzdiskussionen. Wenn du nicht bereit bist, einige Dinge zu hören, dann melde dich bitte nicht an.
Wir wollen dafür sorgen, dass der Workshop ein sicherer Erfahrungsraum für jede.n ist, alle Diskriminierungsformen sind hier nicht willkommen (Über Diskriminierungen zu reden ist etwas anderes als sie (bewusst) zu praktizieren.)
Workshop offen für alle (mehrsprachig, auf 10 Personen begrenzt) : einige Kriterien werden erforderlich sein, da wir eine Komposition von 50% BI 50% Pocs und Weißen anstreben. In deiner E-Mail solltest du deshalb angeben, auf welcher Seite der paternalistisch-kapitalistischen Strukturen du dich befindest (Geschlecht, BI/PoC/weiß). Und da es sich um eine Dekonstruktion handelt, werden wir versuchen, aus diesen Normen auszubrechen.

What does it mean to be Black? What does it mean to be different? What does it mean to belong to an oppressed minority? What does it mean to be willing to challenge the structures of oppression in order to get out of them?
Through theatre that plays with the confusion of roles and creates space for those who are not heard enough we want to initiate dialogue where centuries of history have built divisions and propagated hatred.
We want to create a theatre of the oppressed that aims to deconstruct social and scenic hierarchies, for an opening of spaces for the tormented.
Through this theatrical form, we want to deconstruct and question the totality of capitalist, patriarchal, social and racial (in the sociological sense of the term) relations of power and domination.
Here, it is not about playing an assigned role, but about entering into a political dialogue from experience.
Why does the colour of my skin put me on the side of the scorned?
Why should we decide one day to question the prevailing order or to stay there?
By participating, you choose to be confronted with a violence that does very often overwhelm us all, you choose to hear certain sufferings, ills, separations, joy, powers, sublimation.
But you have to keep in mind that it is a production, and that no one has the absolute truth. It is also not a court of right of conduct or an opportunity for pugilism. If you are not ready to hear some things, please do not register.
We will make sure that the space is a safe space for everyone to experience, then all forms of discrimination are naturally excluded here. ( Talking about discrimination is different from (consciously) practising it).

So in your email you should indicate which side of the paternalist-capitalist structures you are on (gender, race). And since it is a deconstruction, afterwards we will try to get out of these norms.
