The future is intersectional: queer perspectives! is the title of our protest that will be held on July 26th ’20. We want to challenge (hetero)normative structures, fight for our rights and give intersectionality a queer perspective. We want to walk the streets together with you and turn the gay pride back into a community-driven, inclusive protest. Stonewall was a riot and that is why we want to support and empower each other and focus on the topics that are so often forgotten. The list is long – short extract: Equal rights for trans and non-binary people. Global solidarity with queers, no matter where they come from. Building inclusive spaces that are accessible for everyone (not just able-bodied persons). We want to cross language and educational barriers. We want to acknowledge and learn from our differences instead of being divided by them. To sum it up: It’s time to stand up and be loud again! Bring your friends, bring your allies.

The future is intersectional: queer perspectives! Die Zukunft ist intersektional: queere Perspektiven!, ist der Titel unserer Demo, die am 26. Juli ’20 stattfinden wird. Wir wollen (hetero)normative Strukturen herausfordern, für unsere Rechte kämpfen und Intersektionalität eine queere Perspektive geben. Wir wollen mit euch zusammen auf die Straße gehen und den Gay Pride wieder zu einem community-organisierten, inklusiven Protest machen. Stonewall war ein Aufstand und deshalb wollen wir uns gegenseitig unterstützen und den Blick auf die Themen richten, die so oft vergessen werden – die Liste ist lang. Ein Auszug: Gleiche Rechte für Trans- und Nicht-Binäre-Personen. Weltweite Solidarität mit Queeren, egal, woher sie kommen. Inklusive Räume aufbauen, die für alle zugänglich sind (nicht nur für able-bodied Menschen). Wir wollen sprachliche und wissensstandsbedingte Barrieren überwinden. Wir wollen uns unsere Unterschiede bewusst machen und von ihnen lernen, anstatt uns durch sie spalten zu lassen. Um’s zusammenzufassen: Es ist Zeit, aufzustehen und wieder laut zu sein! Nehmt eure Freund*innen und eure Unterstützer*innen mit.
